OIL SYSTEM A completed oil system is provided for each engine consisting of an oil tank, oil cooler, oil dilution solenoid, a drain valve and the necessary controls, lines and connections. From the tank, oil flows to a tee on the firewall into which the oil dilution line connects and from-which lines extend to the engine oil pump and to the oil drain valve. After the oil passes through the pump into the engine it is returned through the oil cooler to the tank. Two breather lines extend from the tank to the engine and two lines vent the engine to the outside; one going to the top of the nacelle, the other to the bottom. |
